Attendees rights are:

The right to have the members personal information stored securely.

The right to attend the clubrooms without prejudice and discrimination.

The right to access, upon request, the Association Constitution, and its Appendix.

The right to occupational health and safety measures of the Association.
-
The right to a nonviolent environment, both physically and verbally.
Attendees responsibilities are:

Purchase membership or pay non-member fees before commencing any games.

A level of basic self-hygiene is expected.
-
A dress code of at least clean and tidy is expected.

To not intentionally cheat in games played at the Association clubrooms.

To have a mutual respect for all Association and non-Association members.

To not steal from or cause damage to the Association’s property or clubrooms.

To not steal from other members or attendees of the Association.
-
To not engage in illegal activities whilst at the Realm of Gaming Burnie clubrooms or event locations.

To not be physically or verbally intimidating, aggressive, or violent towards another person whilst at the Association’s clubrooms, on the Association's official online platforms, or at an Associations event location.

To not be discriminating or prejudice towards another person whilst at the Association’s clubrooms, or on the Association's official online platforms.

To not bring in any form of nut or nut products onto the club premises.

To notify the board before completing their membership for the club, or while a member, that the member has been put on, or is on, the Community Protection Offender Register Tasmania.
